DTF Printing

Direct-to-film printing produces detailed, durable and colourful designs that can be applied to a wide range of garments and fabrics.

Best for:

Full-colour logos, detailed artwork, small and medium orders, designs with multiple colours, cotton/polyester/blended garments, individual names and numbers, orders needing flexibility across different products.

Typical order size: 1–100+ pieces

We recommend DTF when:

You need a versatile, cost-effective method for a colourful design or an order that is not large enough to make screen printing the best value.

Screen Printing

Screen printing applies ink directly through individual screens and is one of the most economical methods for larger orders using the same design.

Best for:

Large-volume orders, simple logos and artwork, designs with a limited number of colours, tees/sweatshirts/event apparel, repeat orders using the same artwork, designs requiring a traditional printed feel.

Typical order size: Usually recommended for approximately 50+ pieces, although smaller runs may make sense depending on the design.

We recommend screen printing when:

You are ordering a larger quantity with the same design and placements, particularly when the artwork uses only a few colours.

Embroidery

Embroidery creates a durable, professional finish by stitching your logo or design directly into the product.

Best for:

We recommend embroidery when:

Specialty Embroidery

Patches & Sew-Ons

Patches provide a durable, flexible way to add logos and designs to apparel, hats, bags and workwear.

Options may include patches produced or sourced for your project, along with in-house sew-on application.

Best for:

Hats, jackets, workwear, uniforms, bags, clubs and associations, team apparel, heritage or outdoor-inspired merchandise, designs that may be difficult to embroider directly.

Custom Jerseys & Sublimation

Sublimation infuses the design into the fabric, allowing colours, patterns, names, numbers and logos to become part of the jersey.

Best for:

Hockey jerseys, basketball uniforms, soccer kits, baseball and softball jerseys, football uniforms, volleyball uniforms, track and athletic apparel, complex team colours and patterns.

Typical order size: Generally best for team-sized orders of approximately 10+ pieces, depending on the product.

We recommend sublimation when:

You need fully customized team uniforms with player names, numbers and detailed all-over designs without adding heavy layers to the garment.
